OREM, Utah, Sep. 19, 2018 – Apiary Fund released the results of a six-month study to determine the habits used by their best traders. The study, which included more than 1,000 Apiary funded members, identified four key attributes traders use to help increase success.
 
“The study showed some logical, yet telling results people can consider in their trading practices,” said Nate Allred, principal trader at Apiary Fund. “We found effective traders continue their education, trade daily, utilize support groups, and don’t hold onto losing trades.”

1. Attend classes. The study found traders who regularly attend live classes or workshops were more auspicious. About 87 percent of Apiary funded traders participated in a class within seven days of the study. In contrast, only about 25 percent of unfunded traders participated in live classes.
2. Trade daily. Those who consistently traded at the same time every day were more successful.
3. Participation in forums. Support groups within forums, chat rooms or social media groups helped traders succeed.
4. ​Hold losing trades for less time. Those who held losing trades for less time and winning trades for more time did better. Some have a tendency to hold losing trades in hopes of recouping losses, but those who don’t did better over time.

 “Our goal with the study was to determine where we can focus to help fund more traders at a faster pace,” said Allred. “We looked at hundreds of different variables and found these four clearly make the biggest difference among our own group of traders – good habits that can be used by any trader.”

OREM, Utah, May 31, 2018 – Following a year of significant growth, Apiary Fund will take its developing traders on a “life of a trader” cruise this fall where participants will learn income-generating trading techniques in the morning and wealth-building trading techniques in the evening.
 
The company also set a day in May to encourage all of its traders to try to achieve 100,000 actual trades in a single day to show how successful their Beeline to Funding program has been.
 
“It’s all quite simple to understand,” said Nate Allred, principal trader at Apiary Fund. “Whether you’re a single-parent, laborer, or an increasingly experienced trader, most of the traders going through our program are making extra income. They are learning the habits, techniques, and skills to trade on a daily basis successfully.”
 
Apiary Fund traders didn’t quite hit the goal of 100,000 trades in a single day, but they hit 80,000. According to Allred, 80,000 trades is about $8 billion in trading volume.

During the cruise, Apiary Fund traders will trade daily guided by professional instructors on income and wealth-building techniques. The company set a goal to make at least $400 per day per trader during the 6-day cruise.

OREM, Utah – Apiary Fund developed a new lab offering as an extension of its highly popular and successful trading strategy development process conducted at each of its bi-annual Trading Summits, called The Strategies Lab. The new lab gives traders the opportunity to spend one hour per week with Apiary Fund trading experts brainstorming new trading strategies to use in the market.

“We’ve done this many times among our traders attending our Trading Summit,” said Shawn Lucas, Apiary Fund head trader and founder. “Now available weekly, it allows us to brainstorm good trading ideas, develop an idea and place some rules around it, and then go into the market and test it.”

The Strategies Lab is a place to teach and lead new traders through the whole process of developing trading strategies and allows everyone to go through the process repeatedly – continually developing new strategies for use in the trading market.
